Five core services that combine into one system

Hire for a single service or the full stack — every build and integration is done by me personally. Lately the most common request is combining an existing system with AI support or a knowledge base.

SVC.01

Web Development

From brand websites and e-commerce platforms to event registration pages — I start with discovery to identify what the site actually needs to solve, then move to information architecture and design, rather than starting from a template.

Every site is fully responsive and built with baseline SEO structure (semantic markup, heading hierarchy, meta data) from day one, instead of "adding SEO" after launch.

  • Brand website

For businesses prioritizing trust and service presentation.

  • E-commerce site

Product management, orders, and payment integration for online sales.

  • Event / registration pages

Single-purpose pages focused on conversion rate and load speed.

SVC.02

System Integration

Connecting your website, admin system, payments, logistics, and member system into one structure — so orders, members, and payment reconciliation all live in a single admin panel instead of three or four systems you have to cross-check manually.

I also audit and rework existing systems — if your current site was built long ago by someone no longer maintaining it, I'll assess what's worth keeping versus rebuilding, instead of defaulting to "rebuild everything."

  • Admin / permission systems

Role-based admin panels where sales, support, and management see different views.

  • Payment / logistics integration

Third-party payment and logistics integration with automatic order-status sync.

  • Cross-system data sync

Website members, admin data, and AI support conversations unified in one data model.

SVC.03

Enterprise AI Deployment

Turning internal documents, FAQs, and SOPs into a company-specific AI knowledge base that staff or customers can query in plain language — instead of digging through Word files or asking a coworker.

I also build LINE AI customer support integrations and AI agent deployments that automate repetitive conversations, lookups, and workflow triggers, so human support can focus on cases that actually need judgment.

  • Enterprise knowledge base

Internal docs and FAQs organized into a searchable, continuously updatable knowledge base.

  • LINE AI support integration

Connected to your LINE Official Account, auto-answering common questions and routing complex cases to a human.

  • AI agent deployment

Repetitive workflows — lookups, notifications, data aggregation — handed off to an AI agent.

SVC.04

Social Marketing

The real challenge after launch is whether anyone keeps maintaining the site and driving traffic to it. I help manage Facebook Pages and LINE Official Account integration and automation, treating social as a second touchpoint alongside the website.

  • LINE OA automation

Auto-replies and menu-driven flows, connected to your admin / member / order system.

  • Content planning

Post cadence and content direction aligned with brand tone.

  • Social-to-site conversion

Full path design from a social post to a website conversion.

SVC.05

Consulting

Not sure where to start? I offer audits of existing websites/systems and technology-selection advice to help clarify what's actually worth solving right now before committing to development.

  • Existing system audit

Reviewing performance, security, and maintainability, with prioritized recommendations.

  • Technology selection

Architecture and build-vs-outsource recommendations based on team size and budget.

  • Outsourcing project advisory

Helping you manage other vendors' project progress and acceptance criteria.

FAQ

Service FAQ

Does a website always need a custom admin system?

Not necessarily. A simple brand website can stay mostly static content. An admin system becomes worth building once you need to manage products, member data, or registrations yourself.

Is system integration expensive? Can I do it in phases?

Yes, it can be phased. System integration is usually split into modules — website, admin, payments, AI support — and we prioritize based on whichever part is causing the most friction right now.

How does an enterprise AI knowledge base work? Is it secure?

Internal documents and FAQs are organized into a searchable knowledge base. Answers are grounded only in the data you authorize, and it can be deployed in a private environment — internal data is never sent into a public training dataset.

How far can LINE AI customer support go?

From basic auto-replies and menu-driven flows, to answering common questions from a connected knowledge base and routing complex cases to a human agent — scope is defined during consultation based on your needs.
